Anna Berenda
Anna (Granny Annie) Berenda, age 79, born and celebrated on September 3, and September 19, 1940, in Warsaw Poland, passed away January 15, 2020 surrounded by her family. Loving daughter to Kaziemiera Sumyk and Stanley Sumyk (both deceased). Devoted mother to Theresa (Scott) Caraballo, Carol Berenda, Daniel (Dawn) Berenda, and Michael Berenda. Granny Annie to Joshua (Suzanne) Caraballo, Meaghanne (Adam) Caraballo, Taylor, Abbey, Kaylee Berenda and Jaxon Berenda. Great grandmother to Phoenix, Quentin, and Harlan Caraballo, Samuel and Clara Shumney.
Anna loved being around her family and especially her grandchildren. She was an artist at heart and enjoyed coloring mandola art.
Anna’s passion was Christmas. She loved collecting Santa Claus’, and turning her home into a Christmas winter wonderland! The holidays will not be the same without her.
Friends and family will be received Saturday, January 18th, 10:00-11:00am in the vestibule at Mary Queen of Peace, 4423 Pearl Rd. Cleveland, OH 44109 with a Catholic Mass to follow.

A beautiful lady that I will miss so much. At family gatherings it was such a pleasure being with her. I loved her original big hair and her easy smile . May Love and Peace go with Granny Annie and be with her family. Love , JoAnn
