    Dad,
You had a big influence in making me the man I am today by teaching me moral ethics, discipline and LOVE; especially by sticking up for what you know is right. You were my golfing buddy for years and we can’t forget the “bad boys” bowling team that ruled Hornack’s lanes. I miss you already and I will miss you FOREVER! Now that GOD is taking care of you, your sufferings and worries are in with HIS angels. I promise you that your children will take care of Mom. I Love you very much….With PROFOUND RESPECT,

    Your Son…..Jerry
