Eunice J. Haschak

Eunice J. Haschak, 82, of Macedonia, Ohio, died October 10, 2020. She was preceded in death by her husband, Gerald Haschak. Survivors include daughter Donna (Bob) Smutak, siblings Gene (Marilyn) Ulmer, Dyan (Frank) Kalal, grandchildren Amber Sommer, Shawn (Tiffany) Smutak, and Megan (Josh) Jarzab, and five great grandchildren.

She is interred at Nativity Mausoleum section  30 #729 Level C. All Saints Cemetery.
