Frances LaRue “Ruby” Yeager (nee` Gerber) died peacefully at Briar Hill Health Care on August 24, 2019 in Middlefield, Ohio at the age of 91. Born July 21, 1928 in Johnstown, PA. Ruby was a devout Christian and an active member of Horizons Christian Assembly for many years. She was known as a Prayer Warrior and loved the Lord. Ruby is survived by sons Ken (Diane) Yeager, Ray (Shelly) Yeager and daughter Betty Pfiester as well as granddaughters Danielle (Howard) Campbell, Christine (JD) Brake, Lynn (Shaun) Woolard, Diane (Joe) Koster, Theresa Pfiester and grandsons Christopher (Victoria) Yeager, Andy (Michele) Kuhn, Eric (Carla) Kuhn, Daniel Yeager and Gideon Yeager – and eleven great-grand children. She is preceded in death by her husband, William Edward “Eddie” Yeager and son, Richard James Yeager.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, August 31st, at 2:00 p.m. at Horizons Christian Assembly, 14920 White Road, Middlefield, OH. A private graveside service at South Newbury Cemetery will be held at a later date.
