Larry G. Boley

Boley Larry 1

We are heartbroken to announce the passing of Larry G. Boley on Tuesday January 22, 2019. Larry was reunited with his wife as his angels came to greet him. Born on June 18, 1938, Larry grew up with three brothers and one sister. As a young man he served his country in The United States Army. Upon returning from his station in Germany, Larry met his wife Rose Mary whom he was married to for 50 years. After retiring from his job at Ferro Chemical, he was able to spend more time doing the things he loved the most. He enjoyed fishing, landscaping a beautiful yard full of flowers, and riding around town to show off his moped. Larry was also known as the “fixer upper.” He could repair almost anything and sought pride in fixing his grandchildren’s broken bicycles and toys. His final days here with us were spent making special memories with his family, who were all at his side as he passed away. Larry will be missed greatly and was loved by all who knew him. He is survived by his four children (Terry, David (Catherine), Lynn (Brian), Maria (Matthew), one brother (Gary), 12 grandchildren, one great grandchild, one brother in law (Frank) and a host of nieces and nephews. Preceding him in death are his beloved wife Rose Mary, daughter (Renee), brothers (Wayne and Bob), and sister (Beverly). The family would like to thank Heartland Hospice and nurse Cindy for the loving care they provided to Larry in his time of illness. We are forever grateful for their dedication.
Military Honors will be held on February 8, 2019 at 12:30 PM at the Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery, 10175 Rawiga Road, Seville, OH 44273.
