Lewis P. Rawson, longtime Bedford, Ohio resident passed away Friday, October 16, 2020.  Born December 22, 1946 in Toronto, Ohio to McDonald and Angela Rawson.  Graduated from Wayne High School in Bloomingdale, Ohio in 1965.  While in high school earned Eagle Scout and participated in 1964 National Jamboree in Valley Forge, PA.  After high school attended Kent State and received BBA.  Served in US army from 1970-1971 at Fort Belvoir, Virginia.  Following military service, Lewis went to work for Ford Motor Company as an industrial engineer and planner.  Progressed through career to become computer systems managers for several Cleveland area companies (Parker Hannifin, Sawyer Research) and earned MBA from Baldwin Wallace in 1985.  Enjoyed coaching Little League baseball, fishing, gardening, and working on computers.  Member of Lutheran Church of the Master in Bedford, Ohio.  Long time avid Indians and Browns fan.

Preceded in death by wife Madge on February 11, 2012.  Survived by sons David and Timothy, grandchildren Sarah, Jack, and Nick, brother Kenneth, and sister Marianne Holisky.   Interment to be at Crown Hill Cemetery in Twinsburg, Friday, October 30, 2020 at 2PM.

    Lou was one of the very
    nice guys in the class of ‘65 from Wayne. Always nice and very helpful. Always had a smile. Lou is with his loving wife now and at peace. May y’all find peace too.
