It was many years ago that I ran into Buzz in Lakewood. He recognized me which was a surprise as I had felt unknown back at Bay High. We spent maybe 15-20 minutes catching up and laughing at his BHS pranks. I realized I had his daughter in Sunday School at Bay Pres. She is a wonderful artist and he was very proud of her. A good memory. RIP Buzz and prayers for your family who will miss you.

  5. Jill Frazee Lerner says:

Oh my heart….I’m so very grateful we reconnected and stayed in touch until the end. He was one of the kindest, most gentle and loving men I’ve ever known…and the toughest…I always felt safe with Buzzy. May he Rest In Peace and may his children and grandchildren cherish his memory and the fun times. He loved you all with all his heart.
