Kenneth P. Kosey

Kosey

Kenneth P. Kosey, age 75 from Parma Heights, Ohio passed away peacefully on Monday, July 3, 2023.  He was born on August 24, 1947 in Cleveland, Ohio to the late Roy and Clover Kosey. He is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Sue (nee Gregory), their 2 children Robin Scott and Jeff (Alesha), his 5 grandchildren, Jakob, Alyssa, Logan, Jealyn and Breann, his brother, Ronald (Diane) and sister Karen (Jim) Hitchcox as well as sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Ken was always a hard-working, dedicated employee using his skills in the restaurant industry and as a meat cutter and welder prior to retiring. He loved to bowl and that is where he met Sue.  He was an avid golfer and spent many hours at Ridgewood Golf Course in Parma, Ohio where he served as a staff member, league officer and was recognized with many awards for his dedication and many volunteer hours at tournaments and events.  Ken graduated from Garfield Heights High School and helped plan many of the Class of 1965 Reunions.  He was generous, always there to lend a helping hand to anyone in need and loved to cook and grill (especially his famous ribs). Ken had a huge heart and made everyone feel welcomed and valued in his home and life.

A Private Celebration of Life for Ken will be held later in August, 2023.
