Patricia A. Braggs

Patricia “Patti” A. Braggs was born July 22, 1955 in Cleveland, Ohio to the union of Ella Braggs and Clemmie Braggs. 

Patti accepted Christ at an early age. She was baptized and confirmed at St. Phillip Lutheran Church in Cleveland, Ohio. She attended Beaumont High School for girls. She later attended the Ohio State University where she majored in Astrophysics. She was a division secretary at University Hospitals of Cleveland for more than 30 years.  Patti was known for her intelligence, love for children, and humor.  

She leaves to cherish her sisters Gwendolyn (Reginald) Bates of Solon, OH and Espernanza Braggs of Cleveland Heights, OH. Nieces Amber Braggs and Melonee Sumlin of Cleveland, OH. Nephew Brian Bates of Solon, OH. 7 great nieces and nephews. Dear friend, Subrina Brutton and a host of family and friends. Preceding her in death were her parents Clemmie Braggs and Ella Mae Braggs and her brother, Bruce Braggs. Due to COVID-19 pandemic memorial service will follow at a later date.
