Ruslan A. Syzdykov

Ruslan

In Loving Memory of a Father, Brother, and Son

Ruslan A. Syzdykov, aged 23, of Cleveland, Ohio, tragically passed away in a car accident on October 6, 2023. He was born on September 27, 2000, in Terre Haute, Indiana.

Ruslan had a deep passion for the arts, played several musical instruments, loved karaoke, and had a keen eye as a photographer. His fondest season was autumn, where he cherished Halloween, crafting custom costumes, and savoring pumpkin pie. He held a special place in his heart for his grandmothers’ cooking. Professionally, as an optician, he loved designing and selling beautiful eyeglasses. He dreamed of embarking on a cross-country motorcycle journey and becoming a plastic surgeon. Additionally, Ruslan was an avid dog lover with a wicked sense of humor. He was preceded in death by his beloved dog, Brandy.

Ruslan’s memory will be tenderly cherished by his father, Anton (Marina Syzdykov), of Cleveland, and his mother, Wendy (Kurtis Hudson), of Indiana. He leaves behind his beloved daughter, Lilith, whom he loved and adored deeply.

He is also survived by his siblings: brothers, Gavin Peterson and Timur Syzdykov and sister, Aurora Syzdykov; step brothers, Jonathan Hudson and Kristian Hudson; loving grandparents Irina (Serik) Syzdykov, Tatiana Kalashnikova, Bessie (Steve) Snider and Carl Lindley; favorite aunts, Maiya and Zhamilya Syzdykova, Mitzi (Jeremy) Fiscus, and Jessi Lindley; uncles, Todd and Scott (Barbara) Lindley and Kenneth (Julie) Hudson; and numerous cousins.

Ruslan’s wit and charismatic personality touched the lives of many, including customers, friends, and even complete strangers.

Wendy and Anton, my dearest friends, please accept my deepest condolences for your loss. My heart breaks knowing that Ruslan has passed on. Knowing him as a small boy always with smile and huge curiosity, “white head angel”, it is hard to realize that his earth’s life ends so short. But I strongly believe he is still among of us, who knows him and remembers him. He is Angel now with his duty to serve God. I wish I can hug you now, love you, Masha
